Accountancy firm Ernst & Young has announced a programme to coach staff before and after maternity leave, which aims to boost the numbers of women moving up the talent pipeline after having children.
Each woman in the programme has four coaching sessions, which take place before, during and after their maternity leave. This covers issues such as managing relationships with clients and colleagues, exploring alternative work patterns, and re-integrating into the workplace.
